[Changelog]
Everything that changed.
What has actually landed, and what has not. Retirements and open problems are listed here alongside the wins, because a changelog that only contains good news is marketing.

7 entriesv1.0.2 — hardening pass before wider release
MangofoldTightened the moderation and notification paths, and closed the report-policy gap so reports cannot be read or written from the client at all.
Two P0 ledger-integrity findings identified
FamilyFoldsAn internal review found that client-supplied point values and member ids on the approval path could mint arbitrary points, and that a negative value could break the never-negative invariant. Both are being fixed before further surfaces are built.
This site — Next.js on Cloudflare Workers
GrallumaeCompany site shipped on vinext with prerendered routes behind the Workers static-assets cache, and a command palette over every product, page and action.
bottlemail retired
bottlemailThe service was taken offline. The repository is preserved and the AES-256-GCM addressing model is documented on the product page as shipping history.
Backend contracts proven on Cloudflare
FamilyFoldsFive endpoints, one Durable Object per family, an idempotent queue consumer reconciling ledger events into D1, and a fifteen-minute cron sweep. Type checks and a deploy dry-run pass.
Design system and token set
FamilyFoldsFive theme packs where canvas, ink, primary action, secondary action and focus move together. Guardrails written as testable rules: never colour as the only signal, never coral for destructive actions.
Full migration off Firebase
MangofoldA billing dispute triggered a single-change migration: Firestore to Postgres, security rules to row-level security, Functions to Deno Edge Functions, and Firebase Hosting to Cloudflare Pages.
Know what is coming?
Every product page lists what is delivered and what is not, side by side. That is the most reliable place to read our roadmap — we would rather publish a gap than a promise and quietly miss it.

Have something that needs building?
We take on a small number of contract projects — product builds, privacy-critical backend work, and taking an idea from zero to shipped. Tell us what you're working on.
